How It Works
Powered by Gemma 2B-IT running locally. No internet connection required. No data ever sent to a server.
All session content is held in memory only and cleared when the app closes or after 60 seconds in the background. Nothing is written to disk.
Hard-coded keyword detection routes to 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately. No AI delay on crisis signals.
Box breathing (4-4-4-4) and 4-7-8 protocols with a guided animated ring and haptic phase feedback.
Optional daily notification at a time you set — a prompt to check in before the shift ends. Stored locally, never synced.
Screen blanks automatically when the app enters the background, preventing OS app-switcher screenshots of session content.
