How It Works
New Horizon is not a static interface. It is an agentic system — AgentBridge coordinates tool execution across the booking lifecycle while every destructive action remains blocked by default until human ratification.
Partners authenticate and sync structured preferences — budget ceiling, destination constraints, date windows, travel vibe. The agent reads Vault state before proposing any inventory query.
AI models match preferences against inventory via governed tool calls. Results are filtered locally — not re-fetched on every UI interaction.
Partners ratify or veto on the Consensus Deck. Match requires bilateral agreement. Vetoes persist locally — no redundant API round-trips.
Ratified bundles enter the Human Veto Queue. Explicit confirmation and affiliate disclosure precede lockBundle / order execution.

Partners must bilaterally ratify every itinerary candidate. Unilateral selection is rejected. Vetoes are logged append-only and do not trigger re-search or order API calls.
Destructive agentic actions — bundle lock, order creation — enter a pending Human Veto Queue. The Architect must explicitly ratify or veto. AI tools are blocked by default.
Affiliate disclosure, passenger verification, and final confirmation precede any order endpoint invocation. One commit call per ratified session.
